Eligibility

• • Users under 13 years of age are not permitted to use the Platform.

Account Registration

• • To access certain features, you must register using your phone number (via OTP).
• • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.

Services Offered

Inside Edge provides mentorship services that connect students with mentors for career, academic, and professional guidance.

• • One-on-one calls and chat with mentors
• • Profile discovery and personalized recommendations
• • In-app wallet and payments for sessions

Mentor Verification

• • Mentors undergo a verification process, including submission of education and employment documents.
• • Inside Edge does not guarantee the accuracy of a mentor's advice or claims.

Payments & Refunds

• • Payments are processed via third-party providers and subject to their terms.
• • Refunds are processed only in case of failed or incomplete sessions, subject to investigation.
• • Users must ensure sufficient wallet balance before initiating a session.

User Conduct

You agree to:

• • Use the Platform lawfully and ethically.
• • Not impersonate another person or use another user's account.
• • Not harass, threaten, or abuse mentors or other users.
• • Not record or share session content without consent.

Content Ownership & License

• • You retain ownership of any content (e.g., messages, feedback) you submit.
• • By submitting content, you grant Inside Edge a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it to improve our services.

Data Privacy

• • Refer to our Privacy Policy for how we collect, use, and protect your data.
• • You consent to the use of cookies and analytics tools as described in our Privacy Policy.

Termination

• • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if we suspect any misuse, fraud, or breach of these Terms.
• • You may delete your account at any time in the app settings.

Disclaimers

• • Inside Edge is an intermediary platform and is not responsible for the accuracy of information shared by mentors.
• • All interactions are at your own discretion. Inside Edge does not offer guarantees or warranties on mentorship outcomes.

Limitation of Liability

Inside Edge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Platform.

Third-Party Services

• • The Platform integrates with services like Firebase, Razorpay, Google, and Apple.
• • Use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• • These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
• • Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
