Register on the NTA portal

Create your account on cuet.samarth.ac.in. Select your domain subjects, language, and target universities carefully — subject selection cannot be changed after submission.

Download the official syllabus

Get the CUET UG 2026 syllabus for every subject you picked from the NTA website. Map each topic to its NCERT chapter so you know exactly what to study.

Read all NCERT chapters for your domain subjects

85–90% of CUET questions come directly from NCERT Class 11 & 12. Read every chapter, highlight bold terms and tables, and solve all chapter-end exercises.

Prepare for the language paper

Practise reading comprehension daily, revise core grammar rules, and learn 10 new words per day. Solve CUET 2022–2025 language PYQs to get familiar with the format.

Prepare for the General Test

Cover Class 8–10 Maths (percentages, ratios, profit & loss), logical reasoning, and 6 months of current affairs. The GT has 75 questions — you must attempt 60 in 60 minutes.

Solve CUET PYQs (2022–2025)

Previous year papers are your best practice resource. Solve them chapter-wise first, then as full papers. They reveal exactly which NCERT lines get asked.

Take NTA official mock tests

CUET is a computer-based test. Practise on NTA's official mock portal to get used to the interface. Take at least one full-length timed mock per week in the final month.

Revise your weakest topics

After each mock, identify which chapters or question types are losing you marks. Spend 1–2 extra revision sessions on your 3 weakest topics per subject.

Download admit card & prep exam day

Download your admit card from cuet.samarth.ac.in as soon as it releases. Visit the exam center a day before, pack your photo ID, and get 7–8 hours of sleep.

Register for university admissions

After results, register on du.ac.in for CSAS (DU), and on BHU/JNU portals separately. Fill your college-course preference list carefully — order matters for seat allocation.
