Register for NEET UG on the NTA portal

Create your account on neet.nta.nic.in. Fill in all personal and academic details, upload your photo and signature, and pay the fee. Keep your application number safe.

Download the official NTA syllabus for PCB

Get the NEET UG 2026 syllabus for Physics, Chemistry, and Biology from the NTA website. Map every topic to its NCERT chapter — NEET is almost entirely NCERT-based.

Complete NCERT for all three subjects — line by line

Biology NCERT is non-negotiable — 50% of NEET is Biology and questions are often direct NCERT lines. For Chemistry, NCERT covers 70%+ of the paper. Read every word, every diagram caption.

Study beyond NCERT with standard reference books

Physics: DC Pandey + NCERT Exemplar. Chemistry: MS Chauhan (Organic) + OP Tandon (Inorganic). Biology: MTG Fingertips NCERT + Trueman's Objective Biology. Don't add more books — master these.

Solve NEET PYQs chapter-wise (2019–2025)

Previous year questions are the best NEET practice available. Solve them chapter-wise after each topic — NEET repeats similar questions frequently. Full papers in the final 2 months.

Take full-length NEET mock tests weekly

NEET is 3 hours, 180 questions. Build exam stamina by taking 1 full mock per week from 3 months before the exam. Analyse every mock — know exactly where you lost marks.

Maintain a mistake notebook & revision notes

Log every wrong answer with the correct concept. For Biology, write brief notes on diagrams you get wrong — NEET asks about labelled diagrams directly from NCERT.

Revise Biology thoroughly before the exam

Biology is 360 of 720 marks — it decides your rank. In the last 4 weeks, re-read all NCERT Biology chapters, revisit diagrams, and revise your notes. Don't leave any chapter.

Download admit card & prep exam day

Download your admit card from neet.nta.nic.in as soon as it releases. Visit the exam center the day before, carry your photo ID, and sleep at least 7–8 hours the night before.

Check results & register for NEET counselling

After results, calculate your expected rank using the official answer key. Register for MCC counselling (AIQ seats) and your state counselling separately — both have different deadlines.
