- 1Go to nata.in and open the NATA 2027 application link.
- 2Register with your mobile number and email, then note down the application number and password.
- 3Fill in personal, academic and exam-centre details, and upload your photo and signature in the format the bulletin specifies.
- 4Pay the application fee online and download the confirmation page — keep it until admissions are over.
What is NATA?
NATA is conducted by the Council of Architecture and is required for B.Arch admission at most architecture colleges in India. NITs and some central institutes instead use JEE Main Paper 2A.
NATA is held on multiple dates between April and June. You can appear more than once, and the score is valid for two years.

Check these before you register.
- Passed or appearing in Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics, with at least 45% aggregate (or a 10+3 diploma with Mathematics).
- B.Arch admission also needs you to meet the CoA minimum qualification at the time of admission.

NATA 2027 FAQs
When is NATA 2027?
NATA is held on multiple Fridays and Saturdays from early April to mid-June — in 2026 the window ran from 4 April to 13 June. The Council of Architecture announces 2027 dates in its brochure around February–March.
Is JEE Main Paper 2A the same as NATA?
No. JEE Main Paper 2A is NTA's B.Arch paper used by NITs and some centrally funded institutes; NATA is used by most other B.Arch colleges. Many aspirants take both.
When is the NATA 2027 registration?
Registration: 1 Mar – 5 Jun 2027 (expected). Apply on the official website, nata.in.
