What is MH CET Law?
MH CET Law (5-year LLB) is conducted by the Maharashtra State CET Cell for admission to five-year integrated law programmes at colleges such as Government Law College Mumbai and ILS Law College Pune.
This page covers the 5-year LLB test taken after Class 12. The 3-year LLB CET, for graduates, is a separate exam with its own date and pattern.
There is no negative marking, and the paper includes a Basic Mathematics section in addition to legal aptitude, GK, reasoning and English.

The 5-year LLB CET is usually held in early May — it was on 8 May in 2026 — with registration from January to March. MH CET Law 2027 is expected around 8 May 2027.
What is the difference between MH CET Law 5-year and 3-year?
The 5-year LLB CET is for students who have passed or are appearing in Class 12 and leads to BA LLB / BBA LLB. The 3-year LLB CET is for graduates. They are separate exams with different dates, eligibility and question papers.
Is there negative marking in MH CET Law?
No. MH CET Law has no negative marking.
When is the MH CET Law 2027 registration?
