- 2Register with your mobile number and email, then note down the application number and password.
- 3Fill in personal, academic and exam-centre details, and upload your photo and signature in the format the bulletin specifies.
- 4Pay the application fee online and download the confirmation page — keep it until admissions are over.

What is MET?
MET is conducted by Manipal Academy of Higher Education for B.Tech admission at Manipal Institute of Technology (Manipal and Bengaluru campuses), Manipal University Jaipur and Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology.
The test runs in two phases — mid-April and late May — and you can book a slot in either or both. Seats are allotted through MAHE's online counselling based on your MET rank.

- Passed or appearing in Class 12 with Physics, Mathematics and English, plus Chemistry/Biotechnology/Biology/Computer Science.
- Minimum 50% aggregate in Physics, Mathematics and the optional subject, as per recent MAHE brochures.

MET 2026 ran in two phases — 13–14 April and 23–24 May 2026 — with registration from 30 September 2025 to mid-March 2026. MET 2027 is expected on a similar schedule, so registration is likely already open on manipal.edu.
Does Manipal accept JEE Main scores?
MAHE admits B.Tech students mainly through MET. Check the latest MAHE brochure for any JEE Main-based or merit-based seat categories.
When is the MET 2027 registration?
Registration: 1 Oct 2026 – 15 Mar 2027 (expected). Apply on the official website, manipal.edu.
