- 2Register with your mobile number and email, then note down the application number and password.
- 3Fill in personal, academic and exam-centre details, and upload your photo and signature in the format the bulletin specifies.
- 4Pay the application fee online and download the confirmation page — keep it until admissions are over.

What is CUET UG?
CUET UG is conducted by NTA for admission to undergraduate programmes at all central universities — including Delhi University, BHU, JNU, Jamia Millia Islamia and Allahabad University — plus a large number of state, deemed and private universities.
You choose up to five tests from 37 subjects (languages, domain subjects and a General Test) based on what your target courses require. Each test is 60 minutes long with 50 compulsory questions.

- Passed or appearing in Class 12 (or equivalent) in 2027.
- No age limit to write CUET UG.
- Each university sets its own course-wise eligibility — e.g. minimum marks or required Class 12 subjects.

When is CUET UG 2027?
CUET UG 2026 ran from 11 to 31 May, with registration from 3 to 30 January. CUET UG 2027 is expected on a similar schedule — registration in January and the exam through May 2027 on cuet.nta.nic.in.
How many subjects can I choose in CUET UG?
As per the current pattern, you can choose up to five tests in total, from 13 languages, 23 domain subjects and the General Aptitude Test.
Is CUET compulsory for Delhi University?
Yes. Admission to almost all undergraduate programmes at DU is through CUET UG scores via the CSAS (UG) portal.
Is there negative marking in CUET?
Yes. Each correct answer gives +5 and each wrong answer −1. Unattempted questions get zero.
Can I take a domain subject I didn't study in Class 12?
NTA allows it, but many universities, including DU, require the domain subject to match what you studied in Class 12 for certain courses. Always check your target university's rules.
When is the CUET UG 2027 registration?
Registration: 3 – 30 Jan 2027 (expected). Apply on the official website, cuet.nta.nic.in.
When will the CUET UG 2027 admit card be released?
Admit card: 8 May 2027 (expected). Download it from cuet.nta.nic.in using your application number.
